* Special delivery/signed for options UK and Worldwide are also available in the POSTAGE EXTRAS catagory of shop.
* I post parcels on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Only orders placed by 9am BMT on these days will be posted on that day. Where an order is urgent or an event such as Christmas is approaching an extra effort is made to ensure goods are posted in time for you.
* Postage costs are difficult to structure as postage rates to different countries vary so much, if you feel that postage you have paid is way over actual costs, please contact me and where applicable, I will refund you extra postage
* If you recieve the goods and decide you do not want them, return is accepted within a 2 week period from your reciept, goods must be returned in the exact same good condition in which they were sent out to you and refunded amount will be less shipping/handling costs. If you do wish to return goods please contact me straight away to help things go smoothly.
* In the unlikley event that you have a reason to be disatisfied with the goods that you have recieved, please do not hessitate to contact me, either via email or telephone me directly. I will do my best to resolve whatever issue you may have as soon as posasible.
